Cookie policy
The exact inventory of the cookies this website sets: which ones, why, for how long — and what we don’t do.
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. The list below is not a boilerplate template: it is the inventory of the cookies that this website actually sets, recorded on the live website.
There are four of them. All come from our own server, none is set by a third party, and all are necessary for the website to work. None is used for advertising, profiling or audience measurement.
The cookies set by this website
| Cookie | What it is for | Duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|
session_id |
Identifies your browsing session. It lets the website respond to you properly from one page to the next, and protects form submissions. It does not contain your name. | 7 days | Necessary |
frontend_lang |
Remembers the display language of the website (French or English). | 1 year | Necessary |
website_cookies_bar |
Remembers your answer to the cookie banner, so you aren’t asked again on every visit. | 999 days | Necessary |
tz |
Remembers your time zone, to show dates in your local time. | The length of your visit | Necessary |
odoo_utm_sourceodoo_utm_mediumodoo_utm_campaign |
Remember which link brought you here, when we have written to you or published an ad. They are set only if you arrive through a campaign link and you have accepted optional cookies. | 31 days | Optional |
What this website does not do
This part matters as much as the previous one, and it can be verified:
- No audience measurement. No Google Analytics, nor any other analytics tool. We don’t know how many people visit this website, or what they look at.
- No advertising cookies and no retargeting: nothing you do here is used to show you ads elsewhere.
- No social media buttons or embedded content that would track you.
- No chat window and no visitor tracking tool.
The website goes further: scripts from third-party services — Google, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X and about a hundred other domains — are blocked before they even run as long as optional cookies have not been accepted. Today, no such script is present on the website; the blocking is a background safeguard.
The only call to an external service
For the sake of accuracy, one thing deserves to be named: the website’s two typefaces (Montserrat and Bebas Neue) are loaded from Google Fonts. No cookie is set in the process, but your browser contacts a Google server, which sends it your IP address and the type of device you are using.
It’s the only element of this website that leaves our servers. We mention it because a cookie inventory that kept quiet about it wouldn’t be worth much.
How to control them
The banner shown on your first visit gives you two choices, presented the same way: Only essentials or I agree. Refusing optional cookies degrades nothing: the website works exactly the same.
You can change your choice at any time with the preferences button at the bottom of the pages, or by deleting this website’s cookies in your browser settings. Each browser has its own way of doing it: look for “cookies” in its preferences.
We don’t process your browser’s “Do Not Track” signals, for lack of a recognized standard — but since this website doesn’t track you, it changes nothing for you.
Inventory recorded and verified on September 5, 2026 on the live website. If we add a tool that sets a cookie, this page is updated before it goes into service.
