Quebec's Law 25 · Protection of personal information
Privacy policy
Solution Prévost TI respects the confidentiality of its customers' personal information, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25). This is a translation; in case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
Information collected
We collect the information you provide to us voluntarily, including through our contact and quote request forms (full name, company name, email, phone number and, where applicable, any attachments you send).
As part of our business development, we may also note professional contact details publicly displayed by a business on its website (business name, general email address, phone number and, where applicable, the name and title of a contact person) in order to reach it about our services. We collect no private information this way. You may ask us at any time to remove your business from our lists by writing to the address given in the “Your rights” section.
Use
This information is used only to respond to your requests, follow up on your file and provide the agreed services. It is never sold to third parties.
Online payments
Online payment of our quotes and invoices is processed by Stripe, our payment service provider. The information needed for the transaction (name, email, billing address and amount) is shared with it. Your credit card data is sent directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
Stripe processes this information on servers located outside Quebec, mainly in the United States, under its own privacy policy. The website itself, its database and its backups are hosted in Quebec.
This payment method is not mandatory: if you prefer not to share information with a provider located outside Quebec, you may ask to pay your quote or invoice by Interac e-Transfer.
Artificial intelligence assistant
To follow up on our files and prepare our quotes, we use an artificial intelligence assistant provided by Anthropic. When we use it, the information in the relevant record (name, contact details, follow-up notes of our exchanges and content of quotes) may be shared with this provider, whose servers are located in the United States.
This access is technically restricted: the assistant can only view contact, opportunity and quote records, it cannot delete any information, and every access is recorded in a log. As required by Law 25, we carried out a privacy impact assessment before putting this service in place.
No decision about you is made solely on the basis of automated processing. The assistant makes suggestions; decisions are made by a person.
If you prefer that your information not be processed by this assistant, write to us at the address given in the “Your rights” section and we will note it in your file.
Cookies
Our website displays a banner informing you of the use of cookies on your first visit, with the option to accept or refuse them.

Retention
Information is kept for as long as needed to achieve the purposes above, then securely destroyed.
Your rights
You may at any time ask to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to info@solutionprevostti.com. If you are not satisfied with how your request was handled, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
